China-Arab Technology Transfer Center

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, represented by The Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) as an executive body, and the People’s Republic of China, represented by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). The main purpose of the MoU is to add new dimensions to the China-Arab strategic partnership of comprehensive cooperation and common development in the domain of science and technology transfer.

Maritime Examination Center

Based on the importance of the whole examination process, the Academy has worked hard towards improving examination regulations in collaboration with maritime education institutes and specialized reputable consultants in order to keep up with the technological advances in the profession

Marine & Offshore Training Center

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) had inaugurated Marine & Offshore Training Center - Cairo, in cooperation with Maersk Training (MT) and SMA for oil and Maritime services. The center offers training courses for the maritime sector in its various specialties on the latest marine simulation equipment

Multimedia Center

MMC is an integrated multimedia production house specialized in the development of educational and training multimedia courses on the Internet, CD-ROM, and DVD-ROM.

Strategic Marketing Center

The Strategic Marketing Center of the AASTMT, is a venture serving the Academy as well as extend beyond it to the whole community.

Computer Networks & Data Center

The Computer Networks and Data Center (CNDC) provides a structured environment that effectively coordinates operational activities with all network users. AAST Network extends to all faculty members, administrative staff, students and classroom activities to provide services that meet the Academy goals.

Information & Documentation Center

IDC develops administrative and management information systems that help users and managers in different departments of the Academy to do their work in an easy, accurate, productive, and compact way.

Maritime Research & Consultation Center

The Maritime Research and Consultation Center was established in 1984 in the framework of the organizational structure of AASTMT as a non-profit making organization to serve the maritime transport sector in Egypt and Arab countries.

The Academy contribute in many international Research projects, from here comes the role of the International Research Projects center to coordinate between the Academy and the funding entities on several levels.
